Researchers have raised different views regarding the sources and origins of formation of which heritage. Among these views, it may be pointed to several reflexive and creative ones. In this paper, we intend to introduce a different theory, i.e. the Semiotic World as a main source for literary and article works. Semiotic world is a network of texts that work on the basis of intertextuality rules and provides possibility for new creations. Upon this theory, intertextual relations have the most important effect in bringing into existence and reading the above mentioned work. This paper aims to explain such a theory and refers to one of the important relics form Acheamenian era. Specifically saying, body of this essay is Bisotun inscription and Rock Relief. Along with working on intra- semiotic and extra- semiotic relationship between texts and portraits, we try to study effects of historical factors and visual texts prior to this work. This paper tries to answer the following questions: 1- Is Bisotun Rock relief referring to outer world or to a special historical narration? 2- Which element or elements have been effective in bringing Bisotun heritage into existence?

Introduction: Production of mobile health apps and their use has grown increasingly in recent years which indicate the profound influence of these apps on health care processes and health of the community. Mobile health apps must be made on the basis of reliable scientific resources so that users can use them with confidence. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the reliability of resources used in the creation of the content of the top Persian mobile health applications.Methods: In this descriptive, cross-sectional study conducted in March 2015, 200 of the top mobile health applications were installed, and their references and some of their other features were studied. The data were collected using a checklist, entered into an Excel spreadsheet, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: Review of the references used in the apps studied showed that 20% of them had no list of references, and only 5.10% (21 cases) used content from reliable sources.Conclusion: The results of this study are applicable to taking control of the quality of mobile health apps and helping users have access to high-quality and reliable apps by regulatory agencies.

This is a rare case of prostatic agenesia with incomplete urethral duplication. A 63 year old man was reffered to us with LUTS (Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms). Bladder ultra sonography and retrograde urthrography showed bladder neck obstruction with a prostatic diverticula and incomplete bulbar urethral duplication. The final diagnosis "prostatic agenesia" was made following pathological study on bladder neck resected pieces and incomplete urethral duplication by urethrography.

Background: Uterine rupture at the site of a previous cesarean scar is an uncommon but catastrophic complication of pregnancy, which is associated with significant maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality.Case Presentation: A 30-year old woman at 24th week of gestation and complaint of pain, contractions and spotting was admitted in Royan Institute in Tehran, Iran. She had a past medical history of an EP and a cesarean section delivery, respectively 4 and 2 years before hospitalization. Herniation of an amniotic membrane into the maternal bladder was found on ultrasound examination.Conclusion: Risk factors of cesarean scar rupture should be considered in women undergoing subsequent pregnancies as they need extra care. Ultrasonography can be used to evaluate women with previous cesarean section to assess the risks of scar rupture during subsequent pregnancies.

In respect of make a distinction between incomplete crime (Attempt, Failed crime and Impossible crime) as well as distinguish of other similar institutions, have not presented a clear and detailed criteria because, if does not provide specific and clear criterion, would be effective in determining the type and level of response against defendant. Accordingly, the most comprehensive measure that can be offered in this regard, the possibility or impossibility of the crime in time to start running, which follows, the first is, when the arrival time of operation (to perform) the crime, it is impossible to be committed if to be for the reason of the inherent inadequacy of action, it is not any instances of incomplete crime and consequently the amount of action, was not entitled criminal reaction because has not been achieved start perform as a condition for incomplete crime in this situation, and if to be cause the impossibility of crime the lack if subject matter, the existence of hindrance or lack of the relative adequacy of act, has occurred impossible crime. While the second is, when the time begging to run, commit of the crime be possible, if despite of possibility, in fact was not any and it be for existence and creation of hindrance it is a Attempt, and if the fault or defect of accused caused it, failed crime has occurred.

The publication and textual criticism of Attar of Nishapur’, s “, Tazkerat al-Awliya”, , which is considered as one of the most important texts in Persian prose, was done in 1398 by Dr. Mohammad Reza Shafi'i Kadkani. More than a century has passed since the first textual criticism of “, Tazkerat al-Awliya”,by Reynold Alleyne Nicholson, but the new work that has been made is in many ways superior to the works of others,because the editor has largely provided a text close to Attar's language by dealing with multiple manuscripts and providing a textual criticism. In addition to this, it is necessary to mention the useful comments, the detailed introduction, and the acquisition of the main sources of the mystics' words in Tazkerat and their memoirs and cultures. The present article intends to point out some of the shortcomings and mistakes in the text of the book while pointing out the advantages and benefits of the new work. These shortcomings include typographical errors, incomplete or incorrect references, ambiguity in the method of textual criticism, structural and content confusion.
